The Seaside Provisions 

The Seaside Provisions is located inside the Seaside Hotel, at The Shipyards District of Lower Lonsdale, North Shore’s historic arts and dining neighbourhood.  The boutique hotel is part of Executive Hotels and Resorts.

The restaurant offers breakfast, daily brunch, coastal tapas, dinner, and happy hour with buck-a-shuck oysters. Sandro Oliveri is the Chef at the Seaside Provisions restaurant. Sandro has a vast background in seafood, with dishes inspired by various countries like Peru, Spain, Tuscany, and the flavours of the BC’s coast.

Guests can choose to sit, at the various tables, the raw bar, or even at the intimate Wine Cellar room that can seat 8 guests.
